Please read these Terms and conditions (the "Terms") carefully and in full before booking and using the services of SnoElite Snowsports ("us", "our", "we"), operated as a Project of JTBizPro SarlPlace de la Gare 1, CP 174, 1964 Conthey, Switzerland, under the brand name SnoElite Snowsports and SnoElite Evolution.

Unless agreed on differently, Ski lessons Verbier and courses are only confirmed upon full payment is made. SnoElite Snowsports, a ski school Verbier, reserves the right to refuse any client if payment has not been made in full prior to the start of the lesson or course.

If a client arrives late for the lesson or course, the unused time will not be rescheduled or refunded. Unless communicated with SnoElite Snowsports or directly with the ski instructor Verbier, the instructor waits for the client 30 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. After 30 minutes the instructor may leave, and the client is liable for full payment of the lesson.

Lessons and courses are carried out in any weather. If the ski area, and connected ski areas, where the lesson is booked, are fully closed, the client will be informed and the costs of the lesson or course is to be refunded in full on a pro rata daily basis, minus credit/debit card or bank transfer or any other expenses in regards to initial payment and it's refund. If at least one lift is open, the lesson or course will take place and no refund will be made. SnoElite Snowsports, a ski instructor Verbier, accepts no responsibility and disclaims any and all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations, or any incidents beyond our control,

In the event of an accident or illness of the client the lesson will be fully refunded provided that the client presents a valid medical certificate. SnoElite Snowsports, or the operating company, or partners involved, accept no responsibility and disclaim any and all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in case of accident during the lesson, during the scheduled time spent with the ski instructor Verbier, or any other event organized by us. It is the sole responsibility of the client to have adequate insurance cover. We advise all clients to insure themselves for third party liability, we also recommend personal, medical, accident, and rescue insurance.

The Lift Passes are obligatory, they are not included in tuition price, and are the responsibility of the client.

SnoElite Snowsports, a ski school Verbier, Project of JTBizPro Sarl. is insured for professional liability as required by the Canton du Valais.

It is expected from the Clients to present themselves and their equipment in a fit and safe condition for physical activity in the mountain environment. Clients are responsible for advising of any injury, fitness, health, or equipment related issues before the start of the lesson. SnoElite Snowsports, a ski instructor Verbier, accepts no responsibility and disclaims any and all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, when such information is not provided.

If a lesson or a course booking is canceled the cancelation fees will apply according to the Cancelation fees. The fee will be calculated from the full price paid, or will be invoiced to the client in case no or partial fee payment has been made.

SnoElite Snowsports, a ski school Verbier, reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to at any moment replace the booked ski instructor Verbier or trainer for a similar or better replacement. The client will be notified if such replacement occurs. The replacement is not a valid cause for canceling the lesson, in a case of cancelation the Cancelation fees apply, unless agreed upon.

Cancelation fees

In case of lesson or course cancelation, the following cancelation fees will be charged:

- Up to 14 days prior to the lesson: 10% of the total price cancelation fee, 90% to be refunded

- 14 days to 36 hours prior to the lesson: 50% of the total price cancelation fee, 50% to be refunded

- 36 hours or fewer prior to the lesson: 100% of the total price cancelation fee, 0% to be refunded

The Canton du Valais courts, in Switzerland, have the jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, without notification and liability, to modify or replace the Terms at any time.
