Privacy Policy

Last update: November 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully and in full before booking and using the services of SnoElite Snowsports (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated as a project of JTBizPro Sàrl, Place de la Gare 1, CP 174, 1964 Conthey, Switzerland. SnoElite Snowsports provides premium ski and other snowsports discipline instruction in Verbier, Zermatt, selected resorts in Switzerland, and other locations as announced in the course description.

These Terms apply to all ski and snowsports lessons, clinics, camps, and instructor-training programs provided under the SnoElite Snowsports brand in Verbier, Zermatt, selected Swiss resorts, and worldwide locations as announced in each program description.

These Terms also apply to all SnoElite Collective Instructor Training Programs, including modules, multi-day courses, and full-season GAP programs operated by the SnoElite Snowsports Team or approved partner organizations in Verbier, Zermatt, selected Swiss resorts, and other announced locations.

1. Bookings and Payments

Lessons and courses are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Enquiry forms, waiting lists, and ‘suggest a new Camp or Clinic’ forms on our website are expressions of interest only and do not create a booking until we send a written confirmation and payment has been received. SnoElite Snowsports reserves the right to refuse any client if payment has not been made in full before the lesson or course start.

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Lift passes, equipment, insurance, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated.

Clients must provide accurate ability level information when booking lessons or courses to ensure a safe and appropriate match with instructors. The ability level must correspond to the SnoElite Ability Level Guide available on the website to ensure an appropriate instructor match and safe lesson setup.

For Instructor Training Programs, registration is only valid once confirmed in writing by SnoElite or an official partner organization. Spaces are limited and confirmed once the minimum group size is reached. Instructor Training bookings may include multi-day or full-season formats; the applicable details are stated in each program description.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to present themselves in suitable physical condition for snowsports activities and to ensure that their equipment is in proper working order.

Clients are responsible for notifying SnoElite Snowsports of any injury, illness, or relevant medical condition prior to the start of the lesson.

SnoElite Snowsports accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage arising during lessons or related activities, except in cases of proven negligence by our instructors. We strongly recommend all clients carry personal, medical, accident, and third-party liability insurance covering snowsport activities.

For off-piste or avalanche-safety sessions, clients are responsible for bringing the required safety equipment (for example avalanche transceiver, probe, and shovel) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For Instructor Training participants, helmets are mandatory for all sessions. Where off-piste or avalanche-safety content is included, participants must bring the required safety equipment (transceiver, probe, shovel) unless otherwise specified. Participants must hold sufficient fitness, technical ability, and appropriate insurance for their selected training level.

3. Weather and Operating Conditions

Lessons and courses take place in all weather conditions. If ski areas are open, the lesson will go ahead as planned.

If all lifts in the booked area are closed for the full day, the client will be informed, and the unused portion of the booking may be refunded or rescheduled at SnoElite’s discretion. SnoElite Snowsports cannot be held responsible for interruptions or closures caused by weather, safety precautions, or operational decisions by lift companies.

4. Late Arrivals and Attendance

If a client arrives late, the instructor will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. The lesson time lost due to late arrival cannot be rescheduled or refunded. After 30 minutes, the instructor may leave, and the full lesson fee remains payable. The same policy applies to full-day and multi-day bookings; unused time due to late arrival cannot be transferred to another day.

5. Accidents and Medical Emergencies

In the event of an accident or illness during a lesson, the client remains fully liable for any resulting costs, unless a valid medical certificate is provided.

SnoElite Snowsports and its partners accept no responsibility for accident-related expenses. We recommend that clients hold adequate accident, rescue, and repatriation insurance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a lesson or course booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Between 48 and 72 hours before the lesson → 10 % fee  (90 % refunded)
  • Between 48 and 72 hours before the lesson → 50 % fee  (50 % refunded)
  • Less than 48 hours before or no - show100 % fee  (no refund)

Cancellations must be communicated by email to info@snoelite.com. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

If SnoElite Snowsports cancels a booking for operational reasons, clients may choose between a full refund or an alternative date or instructor.

Partial attendance or early departure once a lesson has started is considered completed time and is not refundable.

For Instructor Training Programs, cancellations made within 30 days of the program start are non-refundable unless a replacement participant is found.

Partner-operated GAP programs may apply their own cancellation policies, which take precedence for those bookings.

7. Replacement of Instructors

SnoElite Snowsports reserves the right to replace a booked instructor or trainer with another qualified instructor or trainer of equal or higher certification if required by scheduling, illness, or operational needs. Such replacement is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

Clients may request a specific instructor, and SnoElite Snowsports will accommodate such preferences whenever possible, subject to availability.

8. Photos and Videos

During lessons, clinics, camps, and training programs, coaches may take photos or videos for coaching feedback or to help you record your progress. Identifiable photos or videos will only be used in marketing materials with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw anytime by emailing admin@snoelite.com.

Photos or videos used for coaching feedback remain private between the client and the instructor unless explicit marketing consent has been granted.

9. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond SnoElite’s control (such as government restrictions, travel bans, natural disasters, or public health emergencies), SnoElite Snowsports will seek to reschedule affected lessons or issue a partial refund at its discretion.

These cases are evaluated individually and do not automatically entitle clients to full reimbursement.

10. Liability and Insurance

SnoElite Snowsports, a project of JTBizPro Sàrl, carries professional liability insurance as required by the Canton du Valais. This coverage applies to all SnoElite Snowsports Lessons, Camps & Clinics, and SnoElite Collective Instructor Training Programs.

Participation in all activities is at the client’s own risk. SnoElite Snowsports cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

SnoElite Snowsports instructors carry valid professional certification and insurance as required by the Canton du Valais and operate in accordance with Swiss snowsports industry standards.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold adequate personal, medical, and third-party liability insurance covering snowsport activities.
