Terms

and conditions

Last update: October 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully and in full before booking and using the services of SnoElite Snowsports (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated as a project of JTBizPro Sàrl, Place de la Gare 1, CP 174, 1964 Conthey, Switzerland. SnoElite Snowsports provides premium ski and snowboard instruction in Verbier, Zermatt, and other selected resorts in Switzerland.

These Terms apply to all ski and snowboard lessons, courses, and related services provided under the SnoElite Snowsports brand in Verbier, Zermatt, and other selected resorts in Switzerland. By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and Payments

Lessons and courses are confirmed only once full payment has been received. SnoElite Snowsports reserves the right to refuse any client if payment has not been made in full before the lesson or course start.

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Lift passes, equipment, insurance, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to present themselves in suitable physical condition for mountain sports activities and to ensure that their equipment is in proper working order.

Clients are responsible for notifying SnoElite Snowsports of any injury, illness, or relevant medical condition prior to the start of the lesson.

SnoElite Snowsports accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage arising during lessons or related activities, except in cases of proven negligence by our instructors. We strongly recommend all clients carry personal, medical, accident, and third-party liability insurance covering snowsport activities.

3. Weather and Operating Conditions

Lessons and courses take place in all weather conditions. If ski areas are open, the lesson will go ahead as planned.

If all lifts in the booked area are closed for the full day, the client will be informed, and the unused portion of the booking may be refunded or rescheduled at SnoElite’s discretion. SnoElite Snowsports cannot be held responsible for interruptions or closures caused by weather, safety precautions, or operational decisions by lift companies.

4. Late Arrivals and Attendance

If a client arrives late, the instructor will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. The lesson time lost due to late arrival cannot be rescheduled or refunded. After 30 minutes, the instructor may leave, and the full lesson fee remains payable.

5. Accidents and Medical Emergencies

In the event of an accident or illness during a lesson, the client remains fully liable for any resulting costs, unless a valid medical certificate is provided.

SnoElite Snowsports and its partners accept no responsibility for accident-related expenses. We recommend that clients hold adequate accident, rescue, and repatriation insurance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a lesson or course booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Between 48 and 72 hours before the lesson → 10 % fee  (90 % refunded)
  • Between 48 and 72 hours before the lesson → 50 % fee  (50 % refunded)
  • Less than 48 hours before or no - show100 % fee  (no refund)

Cancellations must be communicated by email to admin@snoelite.com. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

If SnoElite Snowsports cancels a booking for operational reasons, clients may choose between a full refund or an alternative date or instructor.

7. Replacement of Instructors

SnoElite Snowsports reserves the right to replace a booked instructor with another qualified instructor of equal or higher certification if required by scheduling, illness, or operational needs. Such replacement is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

8. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond SnoElite’s control (such as government restrictions, travel bans, natural disasters, or public health emergencies), SnoElite Snowsports will seek to reschedule affected lessons or issue a partial refund at its discretion.

These cases are evaluated individually and do not automatically entitle clients to full reimbursement.

9. Liability and Insurance

SnoElite Snowsports, a project of JTBizPro Sàrl, carries professional liability insurance as required by the Canton du Valais.

Participation in all activities is at the client’s own risk. SnoElite Snowsports cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in SnoElite Snowsports activities shall be settled exclusively by the courts of the Canton du Valais, Switzerland.
