Jan is a SnoElite manager and SnoElite Collective trainer, coaching on-slope and off-piste ski and telemark for private lessons, camps, and clinics.

After living in the Philippines, Turkey, Albania, and Ghana and experiencing long summers, Jan returned to the mountains to focus on winter and skiing in Switzerland.

Jan coaches clients and trains instructors, helping them refine technique, expand their comfort zone, and build lasting confidence on snow. His teaching combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of movement and balance, allowing each skier to progress efficiently while maintaining control and flow. He focuses on long-term skill development, enjoyment, and trust between instructor and client.
